Progress is tracked using the functional test every four weeks. For example, if your goal is to get into a full squat, we will record a video of your current movement, provide a four week mobility and exercise plan, and reassess to show how much you have improved.

Other measurable signs of improvement include increased gym load, higher jump or step height for plyometrics, and faster times for chosen endurance activities such as running, swimming, or cycling.
